I don't think you're a dork. :) Maybe like reporters and such are reading off of old websites and articles from when her name was still Mosley, or maybe they are just used to calling her Lacey Mosley. lol, I still sometimes accidently call her Mosley, like I forget for a second she changed her name to Sturm. I'm sure people will eventually get used to calling her by her new name. :)

a lot of celebrities change their name legally, but leave it like it was for the public so that people don't get confused.. Like Heidi Klum and such

I know exactly what you mean! She changed her name, everyone should respect her by calling her by the name she chooses..! I feel bad that almost everyone uses Mosley instead of Sturm. It's really not that hard to understand.. But I guess some people may be looking at old information and that's where they get Mosley from. At one show she said that she usually just introduces herself as Lacey now and doesn't include a last name because if she says Sturm people are confused but she doesn't want to use Mosley.. it's tough I guess.. I hope that people catch on soon though! :)

I think she doesnt want to confuse people who dont know she got married, but she also wants to make her husband happy, thats y in the liner notes of Memento Mori she put her name as Lacey, not Lacey Mosely or Lacey Sturm, just lacey

I'm looking forward to the day that she is well known enough that we can just call her Lacey....like oprah or cher !!! LOL Yeahhhhh!!

Maybe it's cause too many people mispronounce it as Strum (like strum a guitar)...the correct way she pronounces it is Sterm (but it is spelled Sturm).

I hate it when people don't know her name is Lacey Sturm. When I'm referring to her on the internet (non flyleaf site) I usually write Lacey Sturm (Mosley) though...
