A little about me..

I am a happy( most of the time), single mother of a 2 year old girl named Maya! She is truly a gift from the Lord in so many ways! I love Jesus, my daughter, and music. Flyleaf is my favorite band. I absolutely love Johnny Cash too!! I had no intention of becoming a Christian. Last year at RevGen was my 23rd birthday, and I was saved. I now am finally LIVING ,as hard and lonely as this may be. This is the hardest thing I have had to experience other than raising my daughter on my own. But I was told from Lacey that stuck with me is that God is her Father, and He will never leave her or me. Wow! That is soo amazing to me. The Lord is the only constant thing in my life along with my little girl. I would love to go back to college. I went for 3 years without ever knowing what to do the rest of my life. My heart aches to help people, I just feel like most of the time I have nothing to offer. I feel though that since I am a young, single mother I can help others in the same situation. I am learning to live in the present. It's amazing! And finally got to a point where I finally accepted the bad things from my past and know that I wouldn't be where I am now without all of those things. Thank you Jesus!!

It was surprising Lacey didnt have problems,i could hear her even better than at webster hall!

The show was good. there were technical difficulties so the openers took a really long time to set up,play and then break down. all the while it was getting hotter and hotter. maybe it was a good thing Maya wasn't in there. We were drenched by the time it was over, even sameer tweeted about it. And flyleaf cut their set short which sucked but it was getting REALLY late.we got to get up front but the security guards were SO annoying-standing in our way half the night, then making fun of FTM which wasn't cool and fans during flyleaf...But im glad Maya got to see and talk to Lacey :)
